AVISO Press Conference: Federal Minister Polaschek and OeAD Managing Director Calice present the ‘Sparkling Science’ project with the Technical Museum Vienna
Vienna – With the ‘Sparkling Science’ programme for promoting young talent the Austrian Federal Ministry of Education, Science and Research (BMBWF) and Austria's education agency OeAD facilitate successful cooperation between research institutions and educational institutions to strengthen trust in science and its working methods in the long term. Together with partners from business, science, society and education the Technical Museum Vienna implements a showcase example of this: the Sparkling Science project ‘This is (not) Rocket Science’, which teaches children and young people about space research in an age-appropriate way.
Before the project presentation and a press tour the federal minister Martin Polaschek and the OeAD's managing director Jakob Calice will present the new joint financing agreement. Media representatives are invited to attend the event at the Technical Museum Vienna.
