European Solidarity Corps 2025: 166 million euros available across Europe
Applications for funding can be submitted again with immediate effect. The call will once again support volunteering activities and solidarity projects that promote environmental protection, digital skills, inclusion and diversity, active citizenship and much more.
A total of €166 million is available for 2025; Austria will receive around €2.85 million.
2021-2023 European Solidarity Corps report highlights success
The Commission published the 2021-2023 European Solidarity Corps report together with the call for proposals. The report outlines the programme's priorities (inclusion, digitisation, environment, democratic participation) and the opportunities offered to participants, such as various volunteering and solidarity activities. From 2021 to 2023, more than 66,000 young people across Europe were active in the ESC programme.
In addition to the figures from the last three years, the report contains inspiring stories from across Europe, including how young people and organisations responded to climate and natural disasters and supported Ukrainians fleeing Russia's war of aggression. The report also serves as a call to action for more young people to get involved in solidarity efforts.
