A total of 4.3 billion euros will be available next year. More money for mobility and projects More than 64.5 million euros will flow from Brussels for Austria. Erasmus+ Education will receive 57.3 million euros in funding in 2024, Erasmus+ Youth will receive around 7.2 million euros and Erasmus+ Sport will receive over 200,000 euros in European funding. Applications can be submitted to the OeAD, the national agency for Erasmus+. "Erasmus+ makes an important contribution to communicating European values," says OeAD Managing Director Jakob Calice. "The Erasmus+ priority of participation in democratic life will be a particular focus in the coming year with the elections to the European Parliament - the European elections." Cross-border mobility for people of all ages, cooperation within the framework of European projects and support for political reforms are central tasks of Erasmus+ and give international impetus to Austrian education and youth policy. In the current Erasmus+ programme generation 2021 to 2027, Europe is investing 28.4 billion euros in Europe-wide and international exchanges.
